Build me a simple Streamlit app for recruiters that takes a job description, pulls out the role, required skills, and experience level, then matches the best candidate portfolios using semantic search. I want the app to show the extracted job details in a clean way, rank the most relevant portfolios, and give some real time feedback so it feels fast and useful.

Please also add a feature to generate a short personalized email for shortlisted candidates or hiring team members based on the matching results. Use the AI setup already in this project, and make the whole flow easy to use from one page. If anything needs current docs or model setup details, look them up online and wire it up cleanly. I’d like it to feel like a polished recruiting assistant, not a rough demo.
