Build me a web app that makes watching online video feel like using an old retro television.

I want to be able to paste in YouTube links, HLS stream links, direct video file URLs, and import M3U playlists and XMLTV guide files. It should also let me add local video files and folders from my computer. The app should show a browsable channel list, let me search and filter by group, and display a simple programme guide when guide data is available.

Please give it a few nostalgic display styles like modern, CRT, black and white CRT, VHS, early LCD, portable TV, and a custom option. The older styles should feel authentic, with scanlines, noise, color bleed, and a curved screen look. Include an on screen remote with buttons for power, volume, mute, channel up and down, number keys, play and pause, seeking, fullscreen, and a few color shortcut buttons.

Make it local first, save settings and channels in the browser, support export and import of backups, and let it work as a PWA so it can be installed. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.
