Build me a small desktop app that lets me open Fortnite’s GameUserSettings.ini, change a bunch of performance settings, and save the file back easily.

I want it to feel simple and friendly, with a clean window where I can load the config file, edit things like resolution, FPS limit, gamma, motion blur, ray tracing, anti aliasing, and a few quality options, then save everything when I’m done. It would be really useful if I could save presets, load them later, make a backup copy automatically, and copy the file contents to the clipboard too.

Please make it lightweight and easy to run from a folder without extra setup, and if you need to check anything about the config format or current Fortnite settings, look up current docs online if needed.
