RocketChat/google-summer-of-code ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple website for Rocket.Chat’s Google Summer of Code program that lets visitors quickly find the right year and read the details for that season.

I want a clean landing page with a short welcome message, a brief explanation of Rocket.Chat’s GSoC mentoring, and an easy way to jump to each year from 2017 through 2026. Each year should open to its own page with the season info in a readable layout, so it feels like an organized archive instead of a wall of text.

Make it friendly, open source looking, and easy to navigate on mobile too. If anything is unclear from the existing content, keep it simple and look up current docs online if you need to. Also make sure the pages are easy to update later, since new GSoC seasons will keep getting added.
