Build me a web app called Perfect Scan that helps a recruiter screen resumes for a job.

I want to be able to upload a resume in PDF or text, paste in a job description, and then have the app pull out the important details, like skills, experience, education, projects, and certifications. It should compare each candidate to the job, give them a clear match score, show what fits and what is missing, and write a short explanation for why they were ranked that way.

I also want it to handle multiple resumes at once, rank the candidates from best to worst, and keep working even if one file is bad. Save the data so I can come back to it later, and make the front end feel like a simple recruiter dashboard where I can upload, screen, and review results easily.
