Build me a web app for Nepal CTF registration and management.

I want a polished site where people can sign up, log in, accept the event terms, create or join a team, add participants, submit payment details for a PhonePe QR flow, and then track their registration status all the way through review and approval. There should also be an admin area where different staff roles can manage events, review payments, approve or reject registrations, see dashboards and reports, and view audit history so actions are recorded properly.

Please make it work as a real production style app, with secure session based login, role based access, and the backend as the source of truth for fees, permissions, and status changes. Keep the frontend clean and responsive, and use current docs online if you need to fill in any gaps. Also include the basic admin seed data and a demo event so I can try the full flow right away.
