Build me a Python app that helps a freelancer turn a new lead into a polished proposal with as little manual work as possible.

When I paste in a client lead, I want it to pull out the important details, research the company online, look through my past projects and proposals, and then draft a custom proposal for me. It should check its own work too, and if the proposal is weak or incomplete, it should try again before showing it to me.

I want a simple API I can send leads to, plus a workflow that keeps the process organized from intake to research to draft to review. After that, it should pause and wait for my approval before saving the final proposal and lead info somewhere I can reuse later.
