Build me a polished landing page for an AI assistant called Apex, with a big glowing orb in the center that feels alive and interactive.

When I tap the orb, it should cycle through idle, thinking, and speaking, and the surrounding reasoning web should animate with it. Add a ring of orbiting agent nodes around the core, and when I click a node, show a small overview card with details about that agent. I want the whole thing to feel cinematic, with a sci fi background, subtle motion, and a status bar along the bottom.

Also include a top left panel with a live clock, weather, and a few social links. Use a clean, futuristic style, and make sure it still works nicely for people who prefer reduced motion. The page should be responsive, keyboard friendly, and look great on desktop and mobile. If you need current docs for any animation or 3D pieces, look them up online and build it in a modern Next.js app.
