Build me a simple Windows app that lets me share videos, music, and photos from a folder on my computer to any device on the same Wi Fi.

I want to pick a media folder, start sharing it, and then see a local address and QR code I can open from my phone or tablet. On the other device, it should work in a normal browser and let me browse folders, search, and filter by videos, audio, or images. Please include a video player with resume, next file, seeking, and subtitle support for separate .srt and .vtt files. Also add an audio player with a track list and automatic next track, plus an image viewer with previous and next.

Keep it local only, no cloud, no account, no upload. It should work even if I run the server directly from Node, and if a file will not play, show a helpful ffmpeg conversion command.
