Build me a desktop music player like the one in the README, using Electron and Vue 3 with a clean Vuetify interface.

It should let me log in with my Spotify API keys on first launch, then browse my liked tracks, playlists, albums, artists, discover weekly, and a home screen with recommended content and new releases. I want search with suggestions, and it should include Spotify content plus liked tracks and YouTube tracks too. If a song is not on Spotify, let me add a YouTube version to my liked tracks. Please make playback feel solid, with track and artist radio, a custom radio generator based on genres and a few other options, and support for downloading or storing MP3 files with album art and metadata for each track so I can keep them offline. Include light and dark themes, and make the app feel polished and easy to use. If you need current API or library details, look them up online first.
