Build me a simple sample experience based on this repo where a company can offer all of its APIs through one easy developer portal, even if those APIs come from different gateways and systems. I want a clean low code style app where developers can browse a unified API catalog, request access, go through an approval flow, and then see what they’re subscribed to.

Please include the automation side too, so access requests are handled with workflows and the integrations connect the portal to the backend API management tools. I also want a basic monetization flow with rate plans and Stripe based billing and invoicing, as shown in the project, even if it is just a working demo.
