Build me a working SCADA LTS web app that I can run locally and in Docker.

I want a browser based system for monitoring and controlling industrial data, with a clean login, dashboards, live values, alarms, and a way to manage data points and users. Make sure the app starts easily with the normal build and run flow, and if there are any setup steps, keep them simple and clear. The front end should feel modern and usable, and the back end should be wired up so the main screens actually work, not just placeholders.

If anything is unclear from the existing docs, look up the current project instructions online and follow the repo’s setup as closely as possible. Also make sure the Docker files work so I can launch the whole thing without a lot of manual configuration.
