Build me a modern web app called StrayCare for helping stray animals and connecting people who want to help.

I want a clean, friendly site where users can sign in, create rescue or sighting posts with a location on a map, upload photos, and share details about animals in need. It should also have a place for fundraising campaigns, an adoption board, and a way for people or shelters to browse and respond to posts. Make the location experience feel simple and useful, with interactive maps for nearby rescues.
