Build me a free anime streaming and tracking site called AniVault.

It should let people browse anime, search for shows, filter by genre, season, and status, and see things like seasonal charts, top anime, and a live schedule with countdowns for the next episode. Users should be able to watch subbed or dubbed episodes, with the player remembering where they left off, supporting next and previous episode buttons, subtitles, and a comfortable full screen viewing experience. Also add a personal tracking area with Watching, Completed, Plan to Watch, and Dropped, plus favorites, watch history, and a Continue Watching row that updates automatically while they watch.
