Build me a simple digital signage app like EasyDisplay. I want it to run on a device and show content on a screen, while also starting a local control page that I can open from another browser using the device IP and port.

The main goal is offline use, so it should work without any cloud account or internet. From the browser control page, I should be able to create and edit display layouts, drag items around, add things like text and images, preview the result, and push the updated content to the screen right away.
