Build me a Windows AutoHotkey v1.1 script for Roblox that helps keep multiple game windows active by doing light anti AFK actions.

I want a simple GUI where I can set the delay between actions, choose different jump styles like one jump, two jumps, three jumps, rotate, crouch, or a random mix, and optionally paste a Discord webhook URL. It should automatically find all open Roblox windows, handle each one separately, and keep track of how long the session has been running plus how many actions it has done.

If possible, add random timing so it does not feel too repetitive, let it send a chat message after a jump, and support Discord notifications with custom embed fields and screenshots for each window.
