SN-Koarashi/ig-helper — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple Instagram download helper as a browser userscript for Tampermonkey in Chrome. I want it to add easy buttons on Instagram so I can download photos, videos, reels, stories, and profile pictures without copying links around.

It should let me download everything in a post with one click, download only the item I’m currently viewing, open the media in a new window, and grab video thumbnails when possible. Please include a small settings menu on Instagram where I can turn options on or off, like high quality media fetching, disabling video looping, showing normal video controls, controlling video volume, and choosing the download file name format.

Also add handy shortcuts like opening settings, closing pop ups, opening debug info, and downloading from stories. For reels, add simple scroll buttons. Keep it lightweight and make a final script file that I can install in Tampermonkey or publish on GreasyFork. Look up current docs online if you need to.
