Build me an Android app like Google Lens in Kotlin.

I want a clean app with a splash screen, a main camera screen, and realtime preview that can analyze what the camera sees as I point it around. It should be able to do image labeling, text recognition, barcode scanning, and face detection, with the results shown clearly as tags or overlays on the screen. Please make it feel polished and simple to use, with a nice dynamic UI that works in both light mode and dark mode.
