Build me a working anime streaming website inspired by Zoro and HiAnime. I want visitors to land on a nice home page, browse latest episodes, popular shows, new season anime, genres, categories, and show types, then open an anime details page and watch episodes in a clean player.

Please include search, basic like and dislike actions, terms and DMCA pages, sitemaps, responsive styling, icons, and a simple configuration file where I can set the site name, logo, contact email, social links, database info, Disqus, and the anime API endpoint. Use PHP, MySQL, Apache, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Font Awesome like a normal XAMPP setup.

Make it easy to run locally by importing the included SQL into a database called anime, editing the config, and visiting it in the browser. Keep the design close to a modern anime site but easy to customize. Look up current API docs online if you need to.
