Build me a lightweight personal website and portfolio for mrzsomi that feels polished, fast, and simple, with no big framework if possible. It should be a static site I can host on GitHub Pages with my custom domain, and it needs to work well on phones and desktops.

I want a nice landing section with an animated avatar and a few floating icons, then a projects area that loads project data from separate English and Hungarian JSON files.
