SakanaAI/AI-Scientist ? reverse-engineered prompt

I saw this incredible project called "The AI Scientist" that lets large language models perform scientific research automatically, and I want to build a version of it. The main idea is that the system should be able to take a research template, like the ones they have for NanoGPT, 2D diffusion, or grokking, and then fully manage the discovery process on its own.

Using a powerful model like GPT-4o or Claude, it should be able to brainstorm ideas, write and execute the code for its experiments, and then analyze the results. The final output should be a complete, professionally formatted scientific paper as a PDF, just like their examples. It should also have a feature to generate an LLM-based review of a paper. Please make it easy for me to configure it with my own API keys from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.
