Build me a native desktop app called DESK for Windows that acts like a small AI office in one place.

I want to be able to create multiple AI agents, give each one a name, role, color, and custom prompt, then chat with them from a left sidebar. Each agent should keep its own conversation history, and I should be able to edit, rename, recolor, or delete an agent anytime. The app should support both local and cloud AI backends, including Ollama and the major online providers, with streaming responses.

Please also make a workspace area where the app automatically catches code files the agents produce, saves them by agent, and keeps a few versions if the same file changes. The chat should stay clean and show a clickable file chip instead of dumping full code blocks. Include a settings panel, API key storage on the machine, file attachments in chat, and a code inspector to preview, copy, download, and switch file versions.
