Build me a small Python project for a game or game like app called TECHERS ON TOP.

I already have a save file in JSON, so the main goal is to make the app load that data, let me interact with it in a simple way, and save changes back again without breaking the existing file. There are two Python files already, so please clean them up into something that actually runs well, with one main entry point and one helper script if that makes sense.

Keep it simple and usable from the command line, or with a basic interface if that fits better. Make sure the data flow is stable, the JSON save still works, and the code is easy to understand and continue building on later. If anything is unclear, inspect the current files and infer the intended behavior rather than overcomplicating it.
