Build me a smart beehive monitoring app for beekeepers.

I want an ESP32 device that reads hive temperature, humidity, pressure, and weight, then sends the data over MQTT into a backend that stores everything in a database. On the web side, I want a clean dashboard that shows live hive readings, trends over time, and useful alerts or summaries so I can quickly tell if a colony looks healthy.
