Build me a local first knowledge system in Obsidian that acts like a command center for research, notes, and AI work.

I want it to save chats, research, evidence, decisions, and project context into a persistent wiki that I can search later, not just a temporary chat log. It should be able to ingest files, extract useful concepts and entities, organize notes automatically, and let me search the vault quickly with simple text search. Add a way to run guided research on a topic, then file the results back into the wiki.

Also set up a simple operations layer with automation, alerts, and a way to catch failed jobs and retry them later. Include health checks, integrity checks, and a few useful commands for things like saving the current session, linting the wiki, and rebuilding search. Keep everything offline friendly and local first where possible, and look up current docs online if you need to.
