Build me a clean React dashboard for NxTYield that works both locally and on Vercel.

It should show the main farm data in one place, including live sensor readings, irrigation status, weather for a chosen city, crop prediction results, and a simple AI help area for farming questions or summaries. If any backend or third party API is missing, the page should clearly show that the data is unavailable instead of making anything up.

I want it to use the app’s own /api endpoints by default, with local development able to proxy to the backend. Make the layout feel like a real monitoring dashboard, easy to scan at a glance, with good loading and error states.
