Sanster/IOPaint ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local web app for editing photos with AI, where I can upload an image, paint a mask over unwanted parts, and remove objects, people, defects, or watermarks with good looking fill in. It should also let me replace something with a text prompt and extend an image beyond its borders for outpainting. I want a simple browser based interface that feels easy to use, with clear controls for choosing the model, starting the job, and downloading the result when it is done.

Please make it work as a self hosted tool that can run on CPU or GPU, and set it up so the needed AI models download automatically the first time. If it helps, add a few useful extras like automatic object selection, background removal, face restoration, and a file browser for saved images. Also include a command line way to batch process folders of images and masks. Use the current docs online if you need to.
