Build me a web app that lets me turn a manhwa chapter into a polished recap video for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or normal YouTube. I want to be able to paste in a chapter or fetch one from MangaDex, have the app pull the panels, generate a story recap with AI, create a natural sounding voiceover, and then render the final video automatically.

Please make it feel easy to use, with a clean frontend where I can choose vertical or landscape format, review the generated script, and see progress while it processes. Save my work in the browser so I do not lose anything if I refresh. If you need current docs for any of the tools, look them up online.

Use the project structure already in this repo, with a modern frontend and a Python backend that handles the scraping, AI text generation, text to speech, and video rendering. I want the result to be something I can actually run locally and use to make real recap videos quickly.
