Build me a local file sharing app called NearFlux that lets people send files between devices on the same Wi Fi network or hotspot really easily.

I want a simple web app with a clean dark and light mode, where each device can set a name, see nearby devices, pick one or more targets, and drag and drop files to send. It should show transfer progress, speed, and time left while the file is sending. Support big files smoothly, and make it feel fast and reliable.
