Build me a simple Python app called MediAssist. There isn’t much written about the project yet, so keep it focused and easy to use.

I want it to act like a basic health helper for normal people. A user should be able to enter symptoms or a health question, get friendly general guidance, see a clear reminder that this is not a doctor, and be told when they should seek urgent medical help. It would be great if it can also let users save simple notes like medicines, allergies, recent symptoms, and appointment reminders.

Please make the app clean, beginner friendly, and organized so I can run it locally without much setup. Add sample data or example questions so it’s easy to test. Keep the language calm and supportive, avoid giving dangerous medical advice, and include a short README explaining how to install and run it. Look up current docs online if you need to.
