Build me a DeepSeek Harness plugin that gives the assistant long term memory.

I want it to remember whole conversations, pull out useful facts like preferences, events, and instructions, and then bring the right memories back into new chats so the model feels like it actually remembers me. It should also let me search both the raw conversation history and the structured memories from tools inside the app.

Please make it work as a normal DSH plugin, with settings I can edit from the profile or the web UI, and have it keep using the same memory data folder so old memories still work after updating. It should support the usual OpenAI compatible API style for the LLM and embeddings, and it needs to handle background extraction without breaking one shot or headless runs.
