Build me ScrumBot, an AI scrum master assistant for online meetings.

I want it to capture audio from Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams through a Chrome extension, send it to a backend in real time, transcribe the meeting, identify speakers, and create a useful summary with action items. It should save meetings, transcripts, summaries, and tasks in TiDB Serverless.

The user should be able to open a dashboard, see past meetings, read notes, review extracted tasks, and track basic meeting insights. When action items are found, the app should be able to create tasks in Notion and send Slack notifications using MCP integrations.

Please keep it close to the existing idea from Meetily, with a clean responsive UI, live updates, local Whisper transcription support, and optional AI providers like Groq, OpenAI, Ollama, or Claude. Include setup instructions, environment config, and make sure the Chrome extension, backend, database schema, and dashboard work together. Look up current docs online if needed.
