Build me a Telegram music bot that people can add to group voice chats and use to play music and audio streams easily. I want it to stream from YouTube, Spotify, JioSaavn, SoundCloud, live radio, and uploaded audio files, with solid playback and automatic reconnect if the call drops.

Please include a proper queue with shuffle, loop, remove, swap, volume control, and a nice now playing card with artwork and progress. I also want fun sound effects like bass boost, nightcore, vaporwave, 8D, and speed control. It should support inline search, downloads of songs and videos into chat, favourites, history, custom playlists, radio presets, and per group settings like quality, autoplay, auto leave, and announcements.
