Seralyth/Seralyth-Menu — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source Gorilla Tag mod menu called Seralyth Menu. I want it to work as a plugin DLL that I can drop into the game plugins folder, then launch the game and use right away.

The main goal is a clean in game menu with a big library of community mods, easy categories, search, favorites, settings, and options to customize the experience. It should be useful for regular players who just want mods, and also readable for developers who want to learn from it or add their own mods.

Please make it work across common PC setups like Windows, Mac, and Linux as much as possible, and keep VR headset compatibility in mind. Include support for things like fonts, images, sounds, text to speech, a friend system, and an optional AI assistant if that fits the existing code style.

Keep it GPL licensed, not obfuscated, and make the build process simple so the finished DLL can be copied into the Gorilla Tag plugins folder automatically.
