Build me a clean web app where someone can create and mint their own meme token on Solana without needing to code. I want a simple step by step flow where the user connects a wallet, picks devnet or mainnet, enters the token name, symbol, decimals, supply, description, and image, then reviews everything and creates the token.

Please include wallet connection for common Solana wallets, real time balance and fee info, clear success and error messages, and a nice dashboard that shows the tokens the user has already created. If the user signs in, their token history should stay saved to their account and work across devices. I also want image uploads stored on IPFS through Pinata, token metadata handled properly, and a polished responsive interface with dark and light mode.
