Build me a Chrome extension called Sparx AI Tools that works on Sparx Reader and Sparx Science pages and feels like part of the site.

On Reader pages, I want simple buttons in the page that copy the current book text and the active question with its answer choices into a clean prompt format, so I can paste it into whatever AI chat I want.

On Science pages, I want a Solve Science button that can grab the full question reliably, including tables or multi part content, open or find a Gemini tab, send the prompt, wait for the response, and then show the answer in a small floating panel on the page with nice formatting like a), b), c), plus copy and close buttons. Add a Sparx AI Tools item in the site menu with a small settings window for retries, timeouts, and capture options. If something times out, try to recover and retry instead of just failing.

Make it something I can load as an unpacked Chrome extension. Keep the interface simple and polished. Look up current docs online if you need to.
