Build me this fluffy ginger cat assistant app for iPhone and Mac.

I want the iPhone app to be the cat’s face and voice, with a hold to ask control, and the Mac app to live in the menu bar, sit under the screen, and respond with attitude. He should be able to listen when I wake him up, see what is on my Mac screen, point at things with his own cursor, look things up on the web, take meeting notes, and, when I ask, click, type, and open apps for me. Keep the personality dry, a little smug, and never say meow.

Make it work as a paired iPhone and Mac experience over the local network, with setup for an OpenAI API key, microphone, screen recording, and accessibility permissions.
