Build me this OmniSpec app for industrial product data cleanup.

I want to upload a messy supplier feed or a single part row, then have the app turn it into a clean, verified master record with all the important fields filled in. It should handle weird abbreviations, missing brand names, units, dimensions, and product descriptions, then show the final result in a 252 column export that looks ready for commerce use.

I also want a simple web app where I can review what the system found, see why each field was chosen, and make manual fixes when needed. Add a search screen for filtering parts by specs, and a review screen for checking low confidence records.
