Help me set up Phone Harness on my Mac so an AI agent can control my phone.

Clone the project, read the install notes, and get the phone-harness command working on my PATH. Then register it as an agent skill so it can be used easily, and read the normal usage and onboarding instructions. I want you to walk me through the first time setup step by step, ask me whether my default phone is iPhone or Android, and only stop when the phone is ready to use.

After that, make sure the doctor check passes and set the default platform for me. If anything needs current docs or a quick check online, go ahead and look it up. I mainly want this working end to end, with a simple way to run a script that can open apps, tap around, type text, and read what is on the screen.
