Build me a polished proof of concept for a real time vehicle tracking system called CleanFleet Command Center.

I want two views in one app, a mobile tracker screen that runs on an iPhone and uses the phone’s real GPS, and a desktop command center that shows the vehicle on a 3D map with live status, speed, heading, ETA, distance remaining, and route progress. The tracker should keep working if the connection drops, save points locally, and sync them later so no location data is lost.

The dashboard should monitor whether the vehicle is on its assigned route, warn when it drifts out of the corridor, and only trigger an alert after a couple of bad points in a row so GPS jitter does not cause false alarms. It should also show stale and delayed tracking states, an audit timeline, and a button to calculate an alternate route if the vehicle goes off course.

Use a modern clean UI, make it feel futuristic but practical, and look up current docs online if you need to.
