Build me a Telegram bot that helps people generate string sessions for both Pyrogram and Telethon.

I want users to be able to start the bot, enter the info it needs, and get back their session string in a simple, friendly way. It should support Pyrogram user sessions, Pyrogram bot sessions, both major Pyrogram versions, and Telethon sessions. Please make it easy to run locally with environment variables like API ID, API hash, bot token, and an optional channel or group join check.
