Build me a simple cloud drive app where I can sign in, upload files, see them in a clean web interface, and download or delete them later.

I want it to feel like a basic personal file manager in the browser, with a frontend and backend working together, plus the setup files needed to run it locally and in a cloud environment. If there are any gaps, use sensible defaults and look up current docs online if you need to.
