Build me SharkAI, a web app for network forensics and CTF analysis that feels like an AI powered Wireshark assistant.

I want to upload a PCAP, PCAPNG, or CAP file, then inspect packets, TCP streams, HTTP, DNS, files, IOCs, a timeline, and a simple traffic graph. It should search for common CTF flags in packet payloads and reconstructed streams, and let me ask questions about the capture without sending the raw PCAP straight to the AI. The AI should only see structured evidence from the analysis, and if the AI provider is unavailable, the app should still fall back to deterministic investigation results.

Please make the UI and backend work together so I can browse results in the browser, generate markdown, JSON, or PDF reports, and use safe allowlisted filters only. It should support an OpenAI compatible or Ollama compatible provider through config, store each capture safely, and include a clean local setup with tests. If you need to look up current docs online, do that.
