Build me a simple friendship themed web page in this project. There isn’t much of a spec, so keep it lightweight and make it feel warm, cheerful, and easy to use.

I want a single page that celebrates friendship with a nice headline, a short sweet message, friendly colors, and a few small interactive touches using JavaScript. For example, the visitor could click a button to reveal a friendship quote or message, change the mood of the page, or show a small surprise animation. It should look good on both phone and desktop, with clean spacing, readable text, and a polished layout.

Please use the existing basic web files and keep it simple, no backend needed. Make the page feel complete enough that I could send it to a friend as a cute little friendship card or mini website.
