Build me a student and teacher portal for a classroom management app using Django, HTML, and CSS.

I want two kinds of users, teachers and students, with different dashboards and actions after login. Teachers should be able to add students to their class, edit student marks, post notices to the class, upload assignments, and review assignment submissions. Students should be able to see their marks, download assignments, submit their work once, and message teachers. Teachers should have an inbox for student messages.

Please also include a clean home page, login and signup flow, profile page with profile picture upload, edit profile, password change, and search on the student and teacher lists.
