Shudesu/line-harness-oss — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a free open source CRM for LINE Official Accounts, like a cheaper replacement for paid LINE marketing tools. I want it to run on the Cloudflare free tier and have a simple setup command that helps connect Cloudflare, a LINE Messaging API channel, the database, the worker, the admin dashboard, LIFF apps, and the first owner login.

The admin dashboard should let me manage multiple LINE accounts in one place, see friends, tags, scores, conversations, and unanswered chats, send one to one replies, create step message flows, broadcasts, reminders, tracking links, rich menus, LINE forms, and calendar bookings. I also want simple automation rules, like when someone clicks a link or gets a tag, then send a message, add a score, start a scenario, or call an outside webhook.

Please include staff roles, API keys, duplicate friend detection, account switching if an account gets banned, and a way for Claude Code to operate it with user confirmation for sending messages. Look up current docs online if needed.
