Build me the RedCourt frontend for a court booking and management app.

I want a clean web app that lets staff manage players, court reservations, billing, and other club settings from one place. The main screen should have simple navigation, a polished admin style layout, and modal dialogs for common tasks like editing player levels, handling player billing, and managing court related actions. It should feel like a real production dashboard, with a responsive UI, good empty states, and a design that works well on desktop.
