Build me a simple but polished healthcare app for rural India called GramAarogya.

I want people to be able to ask health questions in their own language and get helpful answers back in the same language, including text and maybe voice input later. The app should also help users find doctors by symptom or condition, show doctor details like specialization, fees, experience, and where they work, and make it easy to book or at least start the appointment process.
