Build me a simple and polished note taking web app called NoteMind.

I want a clean landing page and a basic place where someone can create, edit, search, and organize notes in a way that feels fast and easy to use. Make it feel modern and lightweight, with a calm design that works well on desktop and mobile. If it makes sense, include a sidebar for note categories or recent notes, and a main area for reading and editing the selected note.

Please set it up as a Next.js app and use the existing project structure. Keep the first version functional and tidy, with sensible empty states and a good looking layout. If you need to check current docs online for anything, go ahead and do that. I mainly want a working app that feels like a real product, not a demo.
