Build me an open source AI desktop called Wandesk. I want it to feel like a real workspace where I can chat with AI, open apps side by side, and ask the AI to create small local apps just by describing what I need.

It should run locally with no signup and keep data on my computer. Include built in apps like Chat, App Workshop, Tasks, Notebook, Files, Memory, Settings, Ledger, Open Source Radar, plus wrappers for Claude Code and Codex if those tools are installed. Apps should share context, so if I discuss something in chat I can ask the notebook or ledger to save or use it. Add personal memory that I can inspect and edit.

Let users connect their own AI provider, including Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, or any compatible endpoint. Use a clean desktop style interface with windows, launcher, taskbar, settings, themes, and language support. Look up current docs online if you need to.
